Sehr Geehrte Fahrgäste,

The title for today is a reference, since Elder Filbrandt and I got caught in a train without a stamped ticket and got fined. You win some, you lose some.

Apart from that, it was a pretty good week. We helped a member move her house, which was a crazy ordeal. It was probably the oldest apartment I have ever seen. It looked like something out of the Spiderwick Chronicles. XD

Elder Filbrandt and I visited a concentration camp a little to the north of us today, which was a very interesting experience. It was definitely worth it. It really makes you think about what happened and imagine what it was like. Incredible. I'm grateful for a loving Heavenly Father who knows what He's doing and hears the cries of all His children.

It was below freezing the whole week. I decided, unless I want to walk around like Anakin Skywalker for the rest of my life, I should buy gloves. I did, and you could say I'm very, very happy about it. My Arizona friends will know why I've never thought to put gloves on before.

A movie quote can probably explain my appreciation for the simple things better than I can. "My life is good. REAL good! I get to sleep in my own bed, all of my life! It is fantastic!"

I love and miss you all. Don't forget to say your prayers and brush your teeth.

Elder Peck
