An Italian in Berlin?

June, 15, 208

It's been a wonderful week in Berlin! Less than two weeks ago the sisters in Dahlem found an italian student, and since then we've had multiple lessons and she's been reading fervently in the Book of Mormon, and has accepted a baptismal date! :D It is so cool to be able to teach someone in the language of my roots, and I have found so much joy in working with her. That was a miracle that we saw. She recounted to us how the Lord prepared her to come here and find this, and this was her new beginning.

Family, I want to testify to you that the Lord wants you to find your new beginning. He is the sun that rises on the horizon, and if you look to Him every day, then every day will be a new day and a fresh start for those in need.

Also, a super cool experience! :D A member here taught us in the ways of the things he did on his mission, and he taught us valuable skills. Through that, I was able to, for the first time, find and set up an appointment with two people off the street. That's the first time I've ever done that in my mission! It was so exhilarating! I am so grateful for the Lord, and how He sends people our way to help us, especially when he sees that we need help. I testify to you all that He sends people to us, normal people, as saving angels in times of distress. :)

I love you all with all my heart! Thank you all for your emails and support and love. I could never ask for a better Family. :)

All the Love I can send Through the Air from Berlin,

Elder Peck
